I’m a father of two. I’ve lived and worked across three continents — and realised this is a global problem.

Households everywhere carry the same quiet load: claims, passports, tax forms, “can you send me that?” The evidence exists. It just isn’t organised. That is why MiSalvo exists.

Why this product

My daughter had worked paid internships. When it came to her taxes, I found her pay forms in a drawer. We filed correctly and recovered money she had already earned and was simply waiting to claim.

Then a health claim of mine for qualified medical expenses was rejected because my paperwork was incomplete. I spent weeks rebuilding the trail.

The first Salvo I ever fired was a resubmission of months of rejected medical reimbursement claims. The rejection had been about format, not eligibility. The same evidence, reassembled into a proper pack, was approved.

Neither case involved doing anything wrong. In both, the evidence existed and was not organised. That happens to millions of households every year.

Twenty-five years of the problem first-hand: life across borders, senior parents to care for, and the administrative burden that follows all of it.

In one paragraph

MiSalvo is the evidence layer for a household. You capture the documents that run your life. They sit in a Vault that our own staff cannot open. Your household shares only what it chooses. When an institution asks you to prove something, a Salvo makes sure the pack is complete before it goes. You send it — never us.
